How old is the company? Can you tell more about your company / group?

Bracialeto, as a company was incorporated in 1999. It is a group company of Viral Corporation Est. 1996. Viral Corporation mainly deals in wholesale Diamond import and export. We at Bracialeto mainly import jewellery. Our focus at is to basically maintain the highest level of Quality for all our products. We are able to achieve this effectively by adopting the latest & state of art technology available and importing from select partners.

What kind of products do you manufacture?

We import and manufacture handmade glass beads, ear-rings, necklaces, charm bracelets, natural stone beads, Charms, enamels etc. We continuously add new designs according to the latest market trends.

Do you use nickel in your goods?

We do not use nickel or lead at all in the products due to the strict regulations of many countries.

What is your preferred form of communication?

We prefer communication by emails which are the most efficient for us plus better for environment. However, we also welcome your faxes or telephone calls. We try our best to answer all the emails ASAP. If you do not get our acknowledgement within 24 hrs, you must check to see if we have received your email.

Are the silver goods guaranteed 92.5 purity?

Yes, we guarantee that the goods will be at least 92.5 purity of silver.

What if the goods I buy are defective?

We take complete responsibility of the quality or the manufacturing defect. However, we do repair or give free replacement based on the warrantee card.

How much is the life of the tarnishing of silver?

The life of the bright silver finish depends on many factors of the external environment it is exposed to. But due to its metallic nature, it is bound to tarnish within days or months depending on the factors and the region where it is being used in. To avoid the tarnish, we do provide with a complimentary German chemical impregnated cotton cloth to clean any tarnish. The cloth should not be washed as a black residual on cleaning the cloth is normal.

Do you do anti-tarnish treatment to your silver jewelry? What is the process and how long is the life of the silver items?

All our products are subjected to the anti-tarnish treatment through dipping process. The process only elongates the life of the bright silver finish and does not necessarily stop the tarnishing. The life of the bright finish still depends on the above mentioned factors. Silver is a precious metal so it will last forever, provided you take care. It might need occasional cleaning or polishing.

Can you gold plate the silver jewellery?

Yes, we do have a gold collection which comes with pure gold plating. It comes with special polymer lamination and we also offer a 1 year plating warranty.

Bracialeto items are covered under a 1 year quality warranty.

• Bracialeto is happy to repair or exchange any items that are deemed faulty within 1 year period.
• Manufacturing defects do not include normal fair wear and tear and any damaged caused by accidental or non-accidental event.
• General wear and tear and improper cleaning are not covered by the warranty.
• Proof of purchase is required upon return of any faulty goods.
